ISPER Loaders

The auger hopper loader MULTILIFT and MULTILIFT THERMO are the perfect solutions for feeding any automatic moulding machine for thermoplastics or thermoset. The auger vertical conveyor lifts up evenly any material within a very wide range of granule size and density, including fine powders or mixed for thermoplastics recipes.

Multilift

MULTILIFT has been designed by ISPER S.r.l. to serve first their own moulding shop, matching the needs of in-house for thermoplastics end users that must face frequent colour or material changes. Easy to use, easy to clean and to handle, with limited space requirement, freely movable all around without pneumatic connections, MULTILIFT has created to provide worry - free service for the ever changing needs of modern moulders; it is available in three basic and on order, a number of special features can be custom-tailored, like wide container, special height, direct loading from drums.

Multilift THERMO

Whenever materials require drying and warming up before entering the injection moulding machine, MULTILIFT THERMO sums up all the best features that direct experience teaches. Different batches of material grades or colours can b prepared in a MULTILIFT in the warehouseor nearby the machine, dried and warm, ready to replace the one being processed; in a matter of second the new loader can be moved in on its wheels and connected to the inlet port, while the old one steps aside for being emptied and cleaned completely.

  • hot air flow adjustable inthe range 10°C to 160°C, evenlydiffused in the container bottom
  • temperature control of resistors and material by two separated probes, to g rant regular temperature in all the volume
  • hot exaust pipe around the the auger prevents temperature loss
  • all stailess steel and fully accessible surfaces for complete easy cleaning.
  • OPTIONAL: dehumidifier on air intake, with continous regeneration of the moisture absorbing crystals.
